Head Coach Sara!

Hi there, my name is Sara, and as Head Coach and Owner of Scarlet Blaze Cheer I am thrilled to meet you!

For me, Cheerleading isn’t just a sport, it’s a passion! One that has shaped my life for over a decade. For six years I performed as an athlete, gaining the skills necessary to lead. Now, for the last four, I have been given the privilege to serve as coach and mentor to some incredibly talented individuals. I know firsthand the dedication, strength, and heart it takes for you and your athlete to succeed in this sport. Coaching is an incredible honor, second only to being a mom, and I’m deeply committed to helping your athlete grow in confidence, skill, and leadership both on and off the mat.

I’ve had the pleasure of leading championship teams. Groups that were built upon a coaching philosophy that engenders teamwork, discipline, and pushing past limits while always keeping the fun and energy alive. Every practice, every stunt, and every competition are a chance to grow stronger together.

Hello, I'm Coach Amy, and I can’t wait to see you on the mat!

When you join Scarlet Blaze Cheer, I will be excited to serve as your Strength and Conditioning Coach. My goal will be to help all our young athletes build speed, endurance, strength, and confidence, both physically and mentally. 

With ten years of experience in training and performance, I focus on injury prevention, agility, and explosive power. I believe in teaching proper technique, discipline, and a growth mindset to help your athlete reach their full potential. 

Success isn’t just about physical achievements; it’s about building the mindset and determination that carry over to the mat and beyond. Let’s work hard, push limits, and create champions, both in cheer and in life!
